When we contemplate what resides in our temperature- and humidity-controlled cellar, the word "stewardship" comes to mind. These are wines that are age-worthy and that merit cosseting to ensure that they mature properly under the best possible conditions. As you will find when you check out what is available, many of these wines have fully matured and reached perfect drinkability; many others will merit further ageing in your own cellar, should you choose them. And some few fall into the "hard to get" category, and we feel privileged to have them and be able to offer them to you.
