The traditional sweet sacramental wines are still available, of course, but thanks to various developments in modern chemistry, it is now possible to enjoy fine wines that pass the requirements for Kosher and even for Mevushal and yet do not taste "cooked." Today there are Kosher wines from around the world - from Israel, France, Australia, Spain, Italy and the United States - that can rightly grace any dinner table for any occasion; we look forward to finding more great wines that can be used not only for the religious holidays but for every day of the week.
