Ernst Clusserath Jr. took over control of his family business in 1991; since then he has garnered much critical acclaim. Grapes for this wine come from the famous Trittenheimer Apotheke vineyard, where the Riesling is planted on steep rocky slopes. Like all of Clusserath's wines, it shows fine fruit, complex aromas, classic minerality, and a clean finish.
