Sotol is the traditional spirit of Chihuahua, distilled from the indigenous Dasylirion plant. Aged two years in new French oak, Hacienda Chihuahua's Sotol offers complex aromas of citrus and grass with a touch of creamy vanilla. It is exceptionally soft on the palate and has a long, smooth finish.
