Palmina 10 Dolcetto
Palmina's Dolcetto has a lovely nose, redolent of spicy black fruit with an earthy undercurrent. Aged 11 months in oak, it has black cherry fruit flavors that are full and round on the palate, supported by lovely acid and soft tannins into a deep, full finish. Though this could see improvement from ageing, it is ready to drink now with medium-weighted meat dishes, like salumi, game, or herb-roasted chicken.
