This tequila is the result of careful blending of different lots and the extended time of 14-16 hours in the autoclave (a pressurized, steam-heated, stainless steel cooking vessel) to achieve the fullest flavor and color in the most natural way. Its aromas are noticeably deep, dominated by agave and white pepper on layers of smoke and flowers, with hints of fruit and caramel. The palate is subtly sweet, with moderate spice and caramel flavors and hints of fruit, floral and oak.
