Over the years, Delaforce Port has gained recognition for its continuity and style, made possible by the relationships that have been built up over a considerable length of time with the local growers. The house was acquired by the Taylor Fonseca group in 2001. Made in a sweet, accessible style, the 2000 is floral, with hints of crushed berries; it has fine tannins and a long, refreshing finish.
