Crafted by Ben Glaetzer, a passionate winemaker responsible for other outstanding Australian wines, this small-production Shiraz from the Barossa valley received many accolades from the press and wine critics. Rich, opulent yet balanced and supple, it is definitely a pleaser for Shiraz's connoisseurs and amateurs. Lingering notes of blackberry, cassis, oak, spices and earth intermingle generously on the palate. Limited production, high demand and big scores explain the high price, but fortunately the wine doesn't disappoint.
