It was founded in the year 2000 by Maria Luz Marín, winemaker and entrepreneur, and it has been described as one of the most daring and innovative vineyards in the country. The Pinot Noir is from young vines, made in stainless steel and aged one year in French oak and one year in bottle; dark and brooding, it blends Old World earthiness with New World fruit.
