Gould Campbell 97 Vintage Bicentenary
A small but long-established Port shipper, Gould Campbell dates from 1797; it was acquired by the Symington family in 1970. Gould Campbell Ports are very full-bodied and rich in style. The 1997 is considered by many critics to be their best vintage ever; on the nose it has dense succulent fruit with distinctive flowery overtones, and on the palate it is powerful and concentrated, with a firm structure and fine tannins on the finish.
