Dry Sack is a blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes which is aged in oak casks for six years in the Solera method. At 19.5% alcohol it is stronger than most other wines. It's medium sweetness and oxidized flavor make this a refreshing aperitif or cocktail ingredient. It is best served chilled, with or without ice.
