This is their flagship Chardonnay, which is the quintessential expression of their famed Sleepy Hollow Estate located in the Santa Lucia Highlands. The wine is made from hand picked grapes, barrel- aged twelve months in French oak, 30% of which is new. It is full-bodied, smooth, well balanced, with delicious notes of tangerine, grapefruit, white peach, and toasted almond.
