This winery, formerly known as Pintler Cellars, was founded in 1987 and started as a fifteen-acre vineyard in the heart of the Canyon County region of Idaho's Snake River Valley. Sawtooth Winery is continually recognized for making high-quality distinctive wines of exceptional character and depth. This Chardonnay, fermented in neutral oak barrels and aged eight months, is filled with aromas of green apple, pineapple and a hint of vanilla. The flavors are distinct, with crisp acidity and lingering fruit. A great value that will keep you wanting more. Pairs well with salmon and grilled potatoes.
