Death's Door spirits are produced on Wisconsin's Washington Island in the Great Lakes; they are small-batch spirits made from a special winter wheat grown only on the island. The Gin combines local juniper berries and botanicals to achieve layers of taste. There is a bright juniper bouquet with a middle note of coriander and the crisp, clean finish of fennel. The wild juniper berries are hand-harvested from the open fields and forests of Washington Island and combined with other Wisconsin botanicals.
