Also known as Castillo de Fuenmayor, Gran Familia is a highly respected producer of classic Rioja and, like many other Rioja producers, when they decided to make a white they looked not to their own back yard but farther afield, to the region of Rueda. Made from 100% Verdejo, the wine explodes on the palate with bright tropical fruit flavors, all supported by ample acidity.
