Founded in 1928, the Huet estate has come to define the Vouvray appellation; it now covers more than 80 acres divided among three properties, Le Haut-Lieu, Le Mont and Le Clos du Bourg, all planted exclusively to Chenin Blanc, the authorized grape variety of the region. This is an off-dry Chenin Blanc with an elegant and gently floral nose and spicy minerality.
