Franschhoek Cellar was originally the co-operative wine producer for a community of grape farmers in the Franschhoek valley of South Africa's Cape wine region; today they operate as a private cellar delivering quality wines with a distinctive personality and character. Their Pinotage has a nose of pepper, earthy spice and bright red berry fruit. It is soft and luscious on the palate, with strawberry, red cherry and vanilla flavors and a touch of garrigue spice.
