Flor de Caña or "Flower of Sugarcane" is a slow-aged dark rum from Nicaragua. Pure amber in color, it has faint aromas of butter, nuts, and caramel. On the palate it is dry and medium-bodied, with brown sugar, orange peel, butterscotch, and pepper. The rum finishes with spicy notes of peppercorns and toffee.
