Bodegas Dios Baco dates from 1848 but has really come into its own as a top Sherry producer in the last twenty years. Their Amontillado has silky, palate-coating flavors of toasted nuts, orange zest, a touch of caramel and just a tiny touch of sweetness. Perfect with sliced manchego or a plate of chorizo, or Marcona almonds.
