This fine Cabernet is made mostly from estate-grown fruit that ages 22 months in 60% new French oak. On the nose, brambly dark cherry and plum aromas are joined by touches of vanilla and leather. On the palate, elegant fruit is joined by big acidity and soft, structed tannins. The finish is long with lingering notes of tart berry. Excellent to pair with hearty foods.
