Where are you located?
Heights Chateau is located at 123 Atlantic Avenue between Henry & Hicks in Brooklyn Heights. We are easily accessible by Bus #'s B61 and B63 as well as Subway lines M, N at Court and the 4, 5, 2 & 3 at Borough Hall.

Do you deliver?
We deliver to Brooklyn for FREE and Manhattan and Queens for FREE with a minimum charge! Our delivery days outside of our immediate area are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Please allow us two days to pull your order together and schedule a delivery time and date. If you live locally, please allow two to four hours to pull your order and schedule a delivery time.

We use Fed Ex ground for all shipments, unless otherwise instructed. We use Spirited Shipper UPS and Fed Ex approved wine shipping boxes to package all of our wines to insure their safety. The boxes are made from strong corrugated cardboard and each bottle has a protective sleeve. Many states restrict or prohibit the shipment of wine. Placing an order with heightschateau.com indicates that you understand the wine shipping rules of your state. If your state laws prevent us from servicing your area, you might wish to provide us with an alternate shipping address in a nearby state to enable you to make an online purchase. Please note that alternatives may be available. Please contact us to discuss. If you select one of these states (AL, AR, AK, DE, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MS, MT, NH, OK, PA, RI, SD, TN and UT) during checkout, you may complete the order process and a customer service representative will contact you to discuss possible alternatives. Please keep in mind the buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines.
Only wines and accessories can be shipped across state lines. Spirits cannot be shipped!
Does someone over the age of 21 have to be home to sign for the delivery?
Yes! And this goes for Fed Ex shipments as well.
Do you only sell wine?
Although we do have about 2000 different labels of wine to choose from, there are over 100 scotches, bourbons and brandies, at least 70 tequilas as well as grappas, digestives, appertifs, cordials, Cognacs, Armagnacs….the list goes on and on.
I don't see the wine/spirit I'm looking for, can you get it for me?
We can certainly try to get that hard to find bottle of wine/spirit for you. Typically, special orders for wine are by the case and the more information you can give us, the quicker we can locate it for you. And yes, we still give a discount on special orders.
Is there a discount on cases?
There is a discount on most still and sparkling wines in the store. Sorry to inform you, that spirits are not included in the case discount. Here’s a list of our discounts:

If a whole case of wine is too much for you to drink, then take a look at our monthly samplers which are put together by the staff at Heights Chateau. They include tasting notes and 6 bottles of wine at a discounted rate of 17% off. You can find more information here.
Can you help plan the wine and spirits for my event, party or small dinner?
We work with individuals, companies and caterers to make ensure that any event is a success. Our knowledgeable staff can help with food pairings as well as quantities. Call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive more information on all of our party/event services.
Looking for the perfect gift?
We have a variety of options for great gifts. Champagne, older vintage wines, gift certificates or even a subscription to the wine of the month club are all great gifts and we can deliver them to the recipient. If a grand presentation is what you are after, please contact us for information about creating a basket.
Can you do private tastings?
We love educating people about wines and/or spirits, but know that sometimes you just want to “work on your palate” and it can be as formal or informal as you would like. Think about using us at your next bridal shower, birthday or private affair. Our staff consists of graduates from the International Wine Center, the Sommelier Society as well as members of the team who teach at some top universities. What is your return policy?
Sometimes a bottle is bad (aka corked) and undrinkable. Or let's say you bought a case of wine and you just can't imagine drinking 11 more bottles. No problem. We're more than happy to give you store credit or exchange any item that is in sell-able condition (white wine is un-chilled, labels and caps are in tact). However, this does not apply to older vintages. These are sold as is and we encourage you to inspect old bottles for yourself before you purchase them.
