Shipping Policies

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing your order you have represented to Heights Chateau that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

Home Delivery:
We deliver all over Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens for FREE! Our delivery days outside of our immediate area are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Please allow us two days to pull your order and schedule a delivery time and date. If you live locally, please allow two to four hours to pull your order and schedule a delivery time.

Out of State Delivery:
Heights Chateau uses FedEx Ground on all packages unless otherwise specified. We strongly recommend shipping to a place of business- as all alcoholic beverages need to be signed for by an adult. We are prohibited from shipping spirits (Vodka, Bourbon, Scotch, Cognac, etc.) outside of New York State. We apologize for any inconvenience to our out of state customers. Please call us for further for shipping alternatives.
