Shipping Policies
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing your order you have represented to Heights Chateau that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.
Home Delivery:
We deliver all over Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens for FREE! Our delivery days outside of our immediate Brooklyn Heights area are Tuesday through Saturday. Please allow us two days to pull your order and schedule a delivery time and date. If you live within our immediate Brooklyn Heights are, please allow two to four hours to pull your order and schedule a delivery time.
New York State Shipping:
For deliveries outside of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, Heights Chateau uses FedEx, unless otherwise specified. We strongly recommend shipping to a place of business- as all alcoholic beverages need to be signed for by an adult.
Out of State Shipping:
Heights Chateau uses FedEx Ground on all packages unless otherwise specified. We strongly recommend shipping to a place of business- as all alcoholic beverages need to be signed for by an adult. We are prohibited from shipping spirits (Vodka, Bourbon, Scotch, Cognac, etc.) outside of New York State. We apologize for any inconvenience to our out of state customers. Please call us for further questions for shipping alternatives.
By law, FedEx (and UPS) can only deliver wine to certain states. Please find below a list of states which are legal to ship to. If you reside or wish to receive a shipment in a state that is not allowed to receive alcoholic beverages, please contact a member of the sales team at orders@heightschateau.com or call 718.330.0963 to make alternative arrangements.
