Shipping Policies
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing your order you have represented to Heights Chateau that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.
Home Delivery (Brooklyn, Manhattan & Queens):
We deliver to Brooklyn for FREE!
To Manhattan and Queens, delivery is FREE with a minimum purchase of $75. Otherwise a delivery charge of $7.50 will apply.
Our delivery days outside of our immediate Brooklyn Heights area are Tuesday through Saturday. Please allow us two days to pull your order and schedule a delivery time and date. If you live within our immediate Brooklyn Heights area, please allow two to four hours to pull your order and schedule a delivery time. Need an expidited order? Give us a call and let us know!
New York State Shipping (Including Staten Island & The Bronx):
For deliveries outside of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, Heights Chateau uses FedEx, unless otherwise specified. We strongly recommend shipping to a place of business- as all alcoholic beverages need to be signed for by an adult.
Out of State Shipping:
Heights Chateau uses FedEx Ground on all packages unless otherwise specified. We strongly recommend shipping to a place of business- as all alcoholic beverages need to be signed for by an adult. We are prohibited from shipping spirits (Vodka, Bourbon, Scotch, Cognac, etc.) outside of New York State. We apologize for any inconvenience to our out of state customers. Please call us for further questions for shipping alternatives.
By law, we can only deliver wine to certain states. Please find below a list of states which are legal to ship to. If you reside or wish to receive a shipment in a state that is not allowed to receive alcoholic beverages, please contact your local elected officials and let them know you support direct shipping of wine.
