Anko winemakers and co-owners Jeff Mausbach and Alejandro “Colo” Sejanovich were drawn to Salta's extreme qualities - its beauty, sun exposure, weather, and jagged mountain peaks - knowing that these conditions would bring forth complex wines distinct from others coming from Argentina. Consider their Torrontes, which shows a lot more complexity than most other versions of this grape variety. Medium-bodied and textured, it has aromas of kiwi, guava, dried apricot and mango and a palate showing lots of clean fleshy stone fruit , vibrant acidity, a peachy finish.
