Ayala - Rose Majeur NV (750ml)
Founded in 1860 (and currently owned by Bollinger), Ayala is one of the oldest and most respected of the Champagne houses; its wines are known for their elegance, delicacy, and balance. The rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and red still wine; a delicate cherry color with a hint of copper, it is a powerful sparkler with a fresh yet rich and lengthy finish.
