Herzog Selection wines are all crafted by Pierre Miodownick, arguably the greatest Kosher winemaker in all France — and perhaps all of Europe. His Blanc de Blancs is made from choice Chenin Blanc grapes from the Loire Valley; it has aromas of apples and white flowers, and the palate offers yeasty complexity, with notes of pear and citrus.
