Billecart-Salmon was founded in 1818 with the marriage of Nicolas Francois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon and is one of the few Champagne houses to remain family owned. This wine is a light, bright pink in color with a delicate, slow rising bubble. This is an elegant, refined rose Champagne with a clean, mineral nose leading to brighter berry fruit flavors and citrus zest on the palate. The finish is fresh with a note of raspberry.
