Casa Vinicola Botter was started in 1928 by Carlo Botter in a small town just outside of Venice. Still a family business, it is today in the hands of the third generation, Luca, Annalisa, and Alessandro who, while maintaining their headquarters in the Veneto, have expanded their reach, following a multi-territorial approach to offer wines from all over Italy. Their newest site is in the Salice Salentino region of Puglia, the source for the grapes in this wine. Done entirely in stainless steel, this is a bright, fresh Pecorino with aromas and flavors of exotic fruuits, a balanced structure supported by good acidity, and a long, persistent finish.
