Philippe Vandelle represents the sixth generation of that family to make wine in the village of l’Etoile in the Jura. His 32 acres are planted to a mix of Chardonnay and Savagnin for white wines and Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Plousard for his reds. This is his sparkling rose, made 100% from his Pinot Noir. With a delicate nose of small red fruits, it is bright and fresh on the palate with good acidity.
