The Uby estate has been cultivating vines on the hillsides of Gascony for more than a century; the vineyards, which stretch over 250 acres, have been significantly restructured in recent years to accommodate a majority of native Côtes de Gascogne varieties. A very fresh blend of Colombard (75%) and Ugni Blanc (25%), this wine has aromas of grapefruit and lemon, a rich and powerful body enhancing its aromas, and a long yet crisp finish.
