Hamilton - Jamaican Pot Still Gold Rum NV (750ml)
This unique high-ester rum is distilled by Worthy Park in Jamaica and bottled by rum aficionado Ed Hamilton’s Ministry of Rum. A blend of extra light, light, and heavy pot still rums distilled from molasses, it shows the heavy aromas and flavors typical of Jamaican rum. Full-bodied, it has a robust and complex flavor profile, with strong caramel, fruity, and funky notes and is known for its high alcohol content of 46.5% and its suitability for both sipping on ice with lime and for use in tiki cocktails.
