Harry & Max is the joint project of Harry Gozlan, the owner of Domaine de la Mongestine in Provence, and his winemaker Maxime Garnard, both of whom are seriously committed to expanding minimal intervention into new packaging alternatives. The operation produces a red, a white, a sparkling, and an orange wine, all of which are available not just in bottles (both 1 liter and 750 milliliters) but also in sustainable cans and in 20-liter recyclable kegs. This is the 1-liter bottle of their rose, an 80/20 blend of Grenache and Vermentino grapes sourced from Provence vineyards that are in the process of organic conversion. Done in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, this is a crisp, fruity rosé clearly made for maximum summer enjoyment.
