Baciami is produced by Le Rocche Malatestiane, a wine cooperative in Rimini, on the Adriatic coast, that was partially formed by two existing wineries joining forces in 1994. The co-op is named after the Malatesti family who played an important role in Rimini history. The expertise of its 1200 members, as well as their well-tended 2,200 acres of vineyards, makes this co-operative the excellent winery it is today. Baciami is 100% Albana, a grape native to the region; it is sweet without being cloying, with pleasing ripe fruit aromas and flavors.
