Les Nuages is produced by Les Caves de la Loire, a major cooperative in the region that brings together 140-150 winemakers and represents 4,000 acres of vineyards in the Anjou and Saumur regions. Theirs is a lively Loire Sauvignon Blanc with classic lemon and lime fruit on the nose and palate; it is crisp and dry with refreshing acidity on the finish.
