McManis Family Vineyards is a grower and vintner of premium varietal wine grapes located in the northern interior of California. The company was founded in 1990 by Ron and Jamie McManis, fourth generation family farmers, who currently farm some 3600 acres of vines. In 1998, the company designed and built a state-of-the-art winery to produce a range of red and white varietals sourced from ten estate vineyards. Son Justin, daughter Tanya and son-in-law Dirk Heuvel are the fifth generation of the McManis family and now help run the family business. Their Pinot Noir shows hallmark varietal character; it is soft, gentle and smooth, with coquettish red berry fruit and just a waft of soft vanilla.
