The Out-Take Wine Company is the creation of the Moore Brothers Wine Company, a family-owned trio of stores located in New Jersey; Delaware; and New York. Out-Take offers Pinot Noirs from elite vineyards in different California viticultural regions, including Marin County, Anderson Valley, and Mendocino. The wines, sometimes described as “secret-source,” come from undisclosed vineyards in the respective viticultural regions and are generally considered to be “insider” wines that offer quality comparable to much more expensive bottles. This is the Mendocino offering, pure, elegant, and perfectly balanced, with silky tannins and bright acidity.
