A small family-run estate, Domaine Durdilly is located in the southern part of the Beaujolais region. Hand-harvesting their fruit and using native yeasts, Durdilly creates distinctive wines with complexity, flavor, and texture. Their 40-70 year old vines sit atop pure white chalky soil, at some of the highest spots in Beaujolais. Expect a little less “candy” and a great deal more true Gamay character, as well as a pure expression of the Beaujolais region's unique terroir.
