Vina Luis Felipe Edwards dates from 1976, when Luis Felipe Edwards Sr. bought the Fundo San José de Puquillay estate in Chile’s Colchagua Valley, with some 150 acres then planted mostly to classic red varietals. The company has since grown to be the largest family-owned winery in the country, with more than 4,000 acres under vine and two generations of the family actively involved in its operation. Terra Vega is their line of Kosher wines. This offering is 90% Pinot Noir, with a little Malbec and Syrah blended in for added complexity and aged two months in French and American oak.
