Located in Imola, in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, Tre Monti was founded in the early 1970s by Sergio and Thea Novacchia and is run today by their two sons, Vittorio and David. The estate spans approximately 135 acres of vineyards across two locations, one in Imola and another in Forli, and is known for its commitment to sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking. The vineyards are planted to a wide range of grapes, including this Pignoletto, a grape natie to the region. Made here in a slightly sparkling style, it has elegant aromas of melon and apricot with notes of ripe citrus fruit on the palate, with impressive minerality on the finish.
