Domaine Cornu-Camus is located in the tiny village of Echevronne, in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. In 1981 Pierre Cornu married Bernadette Camus, like her husband a winemaker, to form the domaine, which today consists of a bit more than thirty acres. Their daughter, Lydia, manages the domaine with her parents, joined in 2009 by her husband Christophe; together the family takes care of all aspects of production in the vineyard and the cellar. This is a bright, zesty, and refreshing white Burgundy, qualities reflecting the higher elevations at which these vineyards are located. It features aromas and flavors of green apple and honeysuckle, backed by a welcoming sensation of nutty fleshiness on the palate.
