Founded by Philippe Testut in 1967, Domaine Testut has been in the hands of his son Cyril since 1998; he is now ranked as one of the top winemakers in the region. The fruit for this village-level wine comes from a 22-acre plot located in front of the Grand Cru Blanchots and on the side of 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, where the vines are 45 years old. Fresh yet elegant, with typical Chablis acidity, it has aromas and flavors of citrus and green apple and a lingering salty minerality.
