Nuiton-Beaunoy, a cooperative of roughly 115 growers in the Cotes and Hautes Cotes; the wines they produce are widely considered to be “the best of the collectives,” excellent value wines made from grapes hand-tended by devoted small farmers. This Cremant de Bourgogne rosé is one of their wines. 100% Pinot Noir, it is crisp and livel in the glass, with a hint of blood orange on the juicy and refreshing finish.
