The Drouhin Calvados started in 1960 when Christian Drouhin purchased a farm in Gonneville and decided to use the cider apple orchard to produce Calvados. The Selection is their entry level spirit, made with a high percentage of pear, which after distillation is aged a minimum of 3 years. This is the perfect style of Calvados for use in cocktails or cooking.
