Produced in Guanajuato, Mexico, since 1775, Tequila Corralejo has deep roots and unique production methods that are renowned throughout the Mexican tequila industry. All of their tequilas are made with 100% Blue Weber agave, hand-picked and slow-cooked in stone clay ovens for 27 hours to capture the full flavors of the agave hearts. Their “Extra Anejo” is double distilled and then aged for three years in charred oak barrels. With a mix of both sweet and spicy on the nose, it has a palate of oak, smoke, and citrus with hints of caramel, and a long, full-bodied finish.
