Glenmorangie single malt Scotch whisky originates in the Scottish Highlands where, at the Glenmorangie Distillery, it is distilled in the tallest whisky stills in Scotland, expertly matured in the finest oak casks, and perfected by the famed “Men of Tain.” The Distillery was founded in 1843. This 12-Year iteration replaces the 10-Year as “the original” as the distillery’s flagship because the distillery felt that aging the whisky for an additional two years results in a smoother, sweeter, and more complex flavor profile. Indeed, this version retains its predecessor’s much-loved notes of orange, honey, vanilla and peach but takes them to new heights of flavor.
