Method Spirits was started by Cory Fitzsimmons and Jess McGlinchey, two New York City bartenders creating/promoting affordable local vermouth, bitters, and other spirits that are produced in a sustainable manner that enrich our community. This sweet vermouth is one of their first efforts, and a most successful one at that. It is a traditional Torino-style vermouth made with New York wine and spirits, perfect for use in classic cocktails or enjoyed over rocks with a splash of soda. Aromas of warm spices, caramelized citrus, and an array of herbs and florals are layered over a lush wine base with a pleasantly long and full finish.
